There were stop-and-go delays on a stretch of I-84 after a crash during the height of the evening commute.
The crash occurred eastbound, closing the right lane and the ramp to Exit 19 (Route 312) in Carmel. The incident was cleared by 6 p.m. Friday, June 28.
